My background, with twenty years of visual design and client consultation, taught me to think in systems while staying focused on outcomes that solve the right problem.

I ask the right questions early and often. I listen with curiosity and make sure that collaborators feel heard. Whether I'm mapping messy user journeys of complex applications, co-facilitating design-thinking workshops with 12 stakeholders, or testing wireframe prototypes with an excited user group, I dig into the "why" and the "tell me more about that" with each opportunity.

I'm analytical but always human-first, detail-focused but never losing sight of the bigger picture. I care as much about how something works as how it feels to use, creating solutions that are accessible, scalable, and sustainable by design.
